•       Severe pain that painkillers do not control

•       Any sudden, serious illness after surgery

Messages sent by WhatsApp, email, or social media may not be seen quickly. Please do not use them to seek urgent help.

4. Online Messages Are Not Consultations

Our support team can help with appointments, chamber times, and what to bring to your visit. We cannot diagnose conditions, interpret reports in detail, or prescribe medicines by WhatsApp, email, or phone message.

If you send reports before your visit, Dr. Kallol will review them properly during your consultation.

5. Treatment Results Vary

Where this site mentions success rates or recovery times, they come from published studies and clinical guidelines. They describe groups of patients, not what will happen to any one person.

Your result depends on your diagnosis, age, general health, and many other factors. Every operation carries risks. These, and the alternatives to surgery, are discussed with you before you give consent to any treatment.

Nothing on this website is a promise or guarantee of a particular result.

6. Medicines

This site names some medicines and types of medicine to explain how conditions are treated. It does not give doses.

Do not start, stop, or change any medicine based on this website. Always speak to your own doctor first.

Dr. Kallol shares recorded operations on this website and on his YouTube channel to help patients and families understand how procedures are done. Some videos show real surgery and may be distressing to watch.

These videos are for education only. They are not training material, and they do not show how any other patient’s operation will go. Patients’ identities are not shown in shared videos.
