• WhatsApp messages are encrypted end to end, but anyone with access to your phone may see them.
• Ordinary email is not fully secure. Avoid sending highly sensitive details by email if you are concerned.
• Never post personal health details in public comments, including on our YouTube channel or social media pages.

Your full medical records from a consultation or operation are kept by the hospital or chamber where you are treated, under that hospital’s own records policy.

4. Your Consent

When you contact us and share your details, you agree to us using them for the purposes described on this page. We ask for your consent before using your information for anything else.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. This will not affect anything done before you withdrew it, but we may not be able to arrange an appointment without basic contact details.

5. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only when needed, with:

• The hospital or chamber where you are booked, such as Continental Hospital PLC, so they can register your appointment
• Service providers who help us run this website, such as hosting, security, email, and website analytics providers. They may use the information only to provide their service to us
• Authorities, when the law requires us to, or to protect someone’s life or safety in an emergency

6. Cookies and Website Analytics
